3. Products & Information

All products are sold subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images and descriptions are for illustrative purposes. While we take care to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee all information is error-free.

Our products are food supplements intended to supplement a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

4. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
All prices are displayed in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or our authorised payment providers.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2–3 working days. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or events outside our control. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will review returns on a case-by-case basis in line with your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

For hygiene reasons, opened products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective.

All content on this website — including the Revitalise brand, logo, product imagery, and copy — is the property of Revitalise Supplements Ltd and may not be reproduced without our express written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
